Job responsibilities:
• Plan and programme the development of large, complex medical facilities
• Develop space plans that address the project parameters, user requirements and objectives while achieving innovative solutions
• Collaborate with project team (including specialized healthcare consultants) and coordinate the engineering requirements for the installation of medical equipment
• Monitor the design process from conceptual phase through to construction
• Demonstrate superb client service and ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Design and document all phases of the project: planning, design, construction documents and contract administration

• Bachelor or Master of Degree holder in Architecture, Health Facility Planning or equivalent
• Registered Architect (HKIA / Overseas qualification) with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
• At least 5 years working experience with relevant Healthcare Planning and Design experience are preferred
• Familiar with HK architectural statutory requirements
• Strong knowledge of technical healthcare design requirements including understanding of technical requirements for interventional, patient care and clinical support areas
• Possess working knowledge and understanding of current trends and drivers in the Healthcare Industry
