2023 Better Future Hong Kong Design Awards – Silver Award

Congratulations to the 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗤𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗮𝗶 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 for winning the Silver Award at the BETTER FUTURE Hong Kong Design Awards 2023! This remarkable mixed-use development features two office towers, an approximately 220-metre tall landmark office to the north, and a 120-metre tall headquarters office to the south, which have become iconic landmarks in Qianhai, Shenzhen. The terracing podium, which includes loft studios, retail shops, F&B establishments, an exhibition area, green terraces, and community facilities, adds to the uniqueness of the project.

The theme of “Park in the Valley” is beautifully captured through the creation of dynamic layers of green terraces along the central podium valley. These organic balconies extend up to the office towers, creating a captivating public landmark. The project aims to redefine the value of commercial spaces by integrating art and nature into retail areas transforming shopping malls into vibrant stages, galleries, and gardens. The design also promotes creativity and collaboration in the workplace, with features like lofts, a conference centre, and a clubhouse.
