Human Resources Officer_C&B (Ref:LO_HROC&B_202305)

Responsibilities

  • Handle all compensation and benefits administration including but not limited to payroll, taxation, MPF administration, employee inquiries to ensure smooth operations
  • Input and maintain updated staff record in HRIS, payroll, timesheet & attendance modules and filing system to ensure update-to-date
  • Support annual projects such as budgeting and forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review
  • Participate in final payment calculation and off-boarding arrangement
  • Perform salary survey, benchmarking exercise, cost analysis and other rewards related duties
  • Support and maintain HRIS system by providing troubleshooting and guidance to users
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and tools in accordance with Company’s rules & regulations
  • Handle HR data analysis & prepare regular HR reports
  • Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Assist in organizing employee relations matters, such as annual dinner, volunteer activities, team building activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting or related disciplines
  • 1 years or above experience in C&B functions including Taxation & payroll calculation
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legislations and relevant regulations
  • Diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded, well-organised with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • High Proficiency in Google Applications, MS Office Excel
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
