Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer (Ref:LO_ID/SID_202305)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work for a variety of large-scale projects
• Initiate design concept, layouts, and material selection
• Able to work independently and under tight schedule
• Take charge of delivering full set of interior design drawings, from concept, details, tender document to construction documents and relevant materials;
• Maintain a good coordination with clients, consultants, vendors and internal parties.

Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Interior or Architectural Design
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, InDesign or other design programs
• Strong sense of space planning, conceptual design, technical coordination, details development, and drawing production
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Interior Designer
