IT Manager (Ref: LO_ITM_202305)

Job Description

  • Lead IT team to provide troubleshooting and incident support on infrastructure basis, including networking, servers, email, infrastructure and backup operation
  • Understand business needs and be effective at collaborating with different business teams. Manage key Business stakeholders to align business and IT priorities and strategy
  • Ensure information as well as cybersecurity and protect entrusted company and confidential data at a minimum in line with regulation and company policy
  • Identify, evaluate and deploy equipment / solutions (including Intranet / websites) to improve the business operations
  • Develop and implement IT policies/guidelines and best practice guides and conduct regular internal and external IT audits
  • Manage development team on improving operational efficiencies as well
  • Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
  • Manage the budget planning and implementation of the IT projects
  • Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
Requirements
  • Degree holder in information technology, computer science or related discipline
  • IT Professional qualification such as CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, CISA, CISM or CISSP is an advantage
  • 8 years relevant experience with 5 years supervisory experiences
  • Sound knowledge in infrastructure architecture framework, technologies and enterprise applications, e.g. networking, cloud, server & virtualization platform, storage, IT security software, etc
  • Highly analytical, self-initiative, customer-oriented and ability of multi-tasking
  • Effective in communication with good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in architectural industry is an advantage
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
