Project Planner

Responsibilities
• Handle design and construction stage project planning, scheduling and reporting using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• System data input and update
• Progress tracking, reporting and scheduling
• Collaboration with project design team to track submissions and deliverable status
• Prepare regular progress reports, conducting critical path analysis, cost loading reports, cashflow curves, and developing schedules
• Tracking the project’s advancement against the plan, ensuring it remains on schedule and within budget.
• Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and team members to keep them informed about progress, challenges, and changes
• Coordination with other project planners within the team and client organization

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in project planning software – Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong demonstrable knowledge in project planning & scheduling practices, calculation methods, standards & procedures
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command in spoken and written English
