Senior Corporate Communications Manager (Ref: LO_SCCM_202305)
Job Description
- Manage and participate in the development and scheduling of special events projects such as company’s 150th anniversary event, public relations events and promotions etc
- Contribute to a wide spectrum of marketing communication programs and key events to strengthen the corporate branding of the company and drive rebranding full cycle excises
- Carry out regular market research, competitive analysis, and social listening for social learning, planning and optimization
- Create and manage marketing collateral including company brochures to establish and maintain branding
- Develop growth strategies focusing on financial results, conduct competitor and customer insights analysis
- Work closely with project teams to review, develop and link business opportunities, market trends, costs and company’s capabilities to win new bids and maximise profitability
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities in the architectural markets, leading to strong business development pipeline
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Translation, business or related discipline
- More than 8 years of marketing in building and construction markets, familiar in Architectural markets will be an advantage, business development experience is preferred
- Good understanding of Architectural market trends and industry insights
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Good interpersonal skills, Meticulous, analytical, creative, and organized
- Business acumen and agility
