Announcing New Senior Leadership Promotion

The Principal Directors of Leigh & Orange (L&O) are pleased to announce the promotion of Steven Humphrey to Principal Director with effect from 1st April 2025. Steven is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 35 years of experience, 14 of which have been in Hong Kong and 17 years in Qatar and Bahrain. During his illustrious career so far, he has worked at architecture firms, developers and contractors and his project experience spans a wide range of market sectors, from major infrastructure projects to sports and aviation. Steven has led organisations in Middle East markets and understands how to develop a sustainable business in these complex markets.

Steven’s working relationship with L&O dates back to the late 1990’s, where he was involved in HKHA and HKSTP projects in Hong Kong as well as Al Shaqab in Qatar. During the past 4 years he has with L&O, Steven has supported the contractual and commercial aspects of our project delivery as well as playing an instrumental role in the redevelopment of our presence in the wider regional markets, through the new projects we have secured in Vietnam and the Middle East.

In Steven’s new role, his key focus will be on the further development of our business within the Middle East and greater South East Asian region, leveraging on our proven track record and the foundations established over the past few years.
