XinTianDi Hotels Development

Shanghai, China

Langham Xintiandi and Andaz Shanghai are twin hotel towers marking the gateway to Xintiandi, Shanghai, China. Accommodating 357 and 305 high-end rooms respectively, plus more than six stylistically different F&B outlets, the two 100m towers carry almost identical DNA in which Andaz Shanghai is designed to capture a young and dynamic spirit from interior to exterior while Langham Xintiandi is sophisticated and elegant.

These twin “sisters” amalgamate contemporary architecture with the essence of Shanghai culture, illustrating the depth of design integration that responds to both the international and local architectural language. Innovations in the customer experience include a flexible extension of function facilities to bar terrace as well as a glazed floating wedding pavilion that connects with the ballroom below.
