HKJC Conghua Racecourse – Staff Hotel

The project is located at the HKJC Conghua Racecourse and features two five-storey hotel blocks: namely the North Block and the South Block. Together these blocks comprise 220 accommodation units and accompanied by two parking structures – North Carpark and South Carpark offering a total of 155 spaces. The buildings are set on a sloping terrain with a level difference of 18 meters.

The staff hotel provides a total of 220 room keys for 532 persons. Room options include 400sqft single rooms, 200sqft single rooms and 200sqft four-persons rest camps. The Training Room, Multi-Purpose Room and Staff Lounge are located on Level 1 while the Canteen is situated on Level 2, fostering a communal hub for HKJC staff at the podium level.

Both hotel blocks will share a single main entrance enhanced by a metal-clad canopy that creates a dynamic and inviting experience.
