InnoCell

Located in Hong Kong Science Park, InnoCell is a pilot project of using Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) in Hong Kong. It will provide a minimum of 500-bed spaces with supporting ancillary facilities including recreational and shared living/working space integrated with the residential units.

With the application of MiC, the project will shorten the construction programme, improve the quality of the fit-out, reduce reworking & wastage, and resolve construction problems in advance. This also improves design coordination and work planning, and thus optimising construction safety, time and cost.

L&O is appointed by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation as the Lead Architectural Consultant for the Development of InnoCell.
