Xi'an, ChinaThe project is located on the site of a revived royal garden dating back to Qin Dynasty. It is a communal master planning for over 940,500sqm of habitable spaces. With the use of local construction techniques and materials, and together with the design concept of ‘an extended garden’ by elevating the ground plane of greenery where all the vehicular circulation could be concealed underneath, the idea of sustainability is being carried through the project. The project consists of five plots of greenfield land (among a total of 8 plots) around a manmade lake. The total site area is around 325,600sqm and the total GFA is 940,500sqm which includes residential apartments, retails, clubhouse, exhibition space, schools and parks.
