L&O GreenWell Studio

The L&O GreenWell Studio, designed by Leigh & Orange, exemplifies a harmonious blend of sustainability, functionality, and employee well-being. The studio features a beautifully designed gathering space and a multipurpose conference-boardroom-event area that can expand into the foyer for larger occasions.

Sustainability lies at the heart of the design, emphasised by ample natural light illuminating the space. The studio incorporates upcycled local materials, including salvaged wood for the reception area, promoting local circular economies. All furniture was reused to conserve materials, and a Green Wall from the old office has been relocated to the new space. Additionally, energy-saving measures and eco-friendly elements are integrated, complemented by ergonomic furnishings for enhanced comfort. This holistic approach minimises environmental impact while supporting local businesses and the community.

The L&O GreenWell Studio has achieved a Platinum rating under the BEAM Plus Interiors V2.0 Beta Version and an Excellent Class for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Certification. These recognitions highlight the meticulous design approach taken in creating a sustainable and healthy workspace. The studio features superior ventilation systems, advanced air purification technology, and amenities such as a dedicated baby care room and comfortable dining spaces.
