Qianhai CTF Finance Tower (Interiors)

Integrating the concept of biophilic design, the office building captures the connection between human and nature. Abundant natural light floods into the interior spaces with carefully curated greenery to create a calm ambience. The interior finishes and material texture that resemble to nature promote harmony and inspire people. Art integration serves as a visual expression of K11 Atelier’s commitment to culture and identity. Curated art installations are strategically placed throughout the interior spaces, acting as catalysts for creativity. In support of emerging artists by showcasing their works, the interior aims to create a platform for appreciation and dialogues.

North Tower – The nature-inspired interior concept for Qinghai CTF Finance Tower is an integrated design between the ‘Park in the Valley’ and K11 Atelier’s office concept where innovation, art and commerce emerge. The project aims to create a dynamic environment that empowers the next-generation workforce to unleash their creativity.

South Tower – A layered marble floor feature with a crisp and geometric ceiling panels and dynamic lighting bespoke for the image of an international financial institute. The concierge is shaped in an distinctive sculptural form in contrast with the interior to infuse character.

We acknowledge the importance of employee’s well-being. Therefore, our design includes dedicated wellness facilities within the office building, such as a club space, multi-function hall and staff canteen. These amenities prioritise the physical and mental wellness for workers and foster healthy work-life balance.
