Located on the Cotai Strip, Studio City Phase 2 connects seamlessly with the existing Studio City integrated resort, creating a premier destination in Macau. This new development features a striking modern art deco design that is both distinctive and harmonious with the existing structures. It features two luxury hotel towers with over 900 keys, retail and dining outlets, a multiscreen cineplex including Directors Clubs cinemas and an indoor waterpark equipped with thrilling slides, action river, wave pools, and a bespoke indoor/outdoor pool. The connectivity between Phase 1 and Phase 2 has been meticulously planned to ensure a smooth transition for both guests and staff.

As the Executive Architect, Executive Interior Designer for the Waterpark and Architectural Site Representatives, L&O utilises BIM and leads the overall coordination with engineers, facade designers, waterpark designers and theming contractors from the USA to Malaysia. L&O plays a crucial role in preparing statutory submission documents and liaising with local authorities and independent checkers to ensure timely compliance. L&O is also responsible for designing the Heart-of-House and key MEP rooms, as well as specialist features such as art sculptures.
