Assistant Project Designer (Sustainability) – Hong Kong (Ref:LO_ADP(S)_202201)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support sustainable design analysis, conceptual energy modelling, sustainable project management and technical proposal preparation.
  • Consult with multiple internal design teams on BEAM Plus, LEED and sustainable projects.
  • Support sustainable design education program, BEAM and LEED credential maintenance.
  • Support research & development in sustainable built environment
  • Represent L&O in industry committees, conferences and forums
  • Assist the sustainability team for ad hoc assignments

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, Built Environment or Sustainable Design. Master degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ related experience
  • Proficient in Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and simulations software
  • Willingness in exploring computational simulation software
  • Knowledge of or experience with sustainability rating systems (e.g. BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL) is a plus.
  • Creative, mature, responsible, independent and self-motivated
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Architecture Assistant (Sustainability)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
